At D2S Cafe, we are committed to providing high-quality food and service. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy.

1. Order Cancellation

• Once order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Cancellation requests may only be considered if the order has not yet been confirmed/prepared.
• D2S Dehradun Cafe reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests as its discretion.

2. No Monetary Refund Policy

• We do not offer cash refunds once an order has been successfully placed.

3. Replacement/Compensation Policy

We may offer a replacement or store credit in the following cases:

• Wrong food item delivered.
• Missing items.
• Food damaged during delivery.
• Significant quality issue.

The final decision will be at the sole discretion of D2S Dehradun Cafe.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds, replacements, or compensation for:

• change of mind after order confirmation.
• Minor taste preferences.
